What materials are your products made from?
Our products are made from durable PETG, which is known for its strength and flexibility. While being durable against the elements PETG is gentle enough to keep your hardboards safe and protect them from damage.
We use 3D printing technology for precision manufacturing and to minimize our carbon footprint, ensuring our products are both eco-friendly and high-quality.
Can the surfboard carrier be used with any board size?
Our surfboard carrier is designed to fit boards up to 3" thick, making it versatile for shortboards, longboards, foam boards, and some paddle boards.
How can I wear the strap?
You can wear the detachable strap either cross body, or on the shoulder. It's up to your preference. After picking which method to wear the strap, we recommend adjusting the height so that the handle is a few inches above your hand when the carrier is unweighted.

How long does shipping take?
Orders will be fulfilled and then sent to a carrier for shipping within 3 business days. After fulfillment, shipping times with the U.S. typically take 3-7 business days.
How do I pick up an order at Rockaway?
If you are local to the Rockaway Beach area in NYC, you can arrange to pick up your order free of charge from a Station RBNY locker. Select the pickup option while checking out and pickup instructions will be sent to you when your order is ready.
